Lactoscan milk analyzer measures sample temperature, Fat% ,SNF %, Protein % ,Freezing Point ,Lactose% , Density ,PH[optional] ,Added Water in Milk%. The Lactoscan Ultrasonic Milk Analyzer measures the parameters of milk sample in just 30/40 seconds depending upon milk sample temperature.

1. Milk Fat from 0.01% to 25% with accuracy of ± 0.06%
2. SNF from 3% to 15% with accuracy of ± 0.15%
3. Protein from 2% to 7% with accuracy of ±0.15%
4. Density from 1015kg/m3 to 1040kg/m3 with accuracy of ± 0.3kg/m3
5. Lactose from 0.01% to 6% with accuracy of ± 0.2%
